Only “point-to-point” contacts via the air are allowed.
3 points for each contact.

6. SWL's
Each station HEARD may be counted ONCE. A station WORKED may appear a maximum of 10 times. Each QSO logged must contain at least one ON station.
7. Participating from a mill reference
Participating stations are located on or in a radius of max 200m around a mill with a belgian reference number. To qualify as a valid mill reference, at least 25 QSO must be made and you must be registered at least 24 hours before the start of the contest via the online registration form. The valid mill references are published on the website.
8. Participating
All radio amateurs who have the correct license for the above categories can participate. Power according to the license of the participant, with a maximum of 100W.
Foreign participants can only work Belgian stations from a valid mill reference.
9. Reports
RST + QSO serial number starting 001 + province  OR mill reference. Only belgian mill references are valid.

The province and mill reference are integral part of the report and must be mentioned in the log.
All belgian provinces: AN, BW, HT, LB, LG, NM, LU, OV, VB en WV.

10. Multipliers
All belgian provinces (1x)
All valid registered Belgian mill references (1x)
Total multipliers = the number of different belgian provinces + the number of different registered belgian mill references.
11. Final score
Total QSO points multiplied the number of multipliers
12. Bandplanning
The IARU contest segments should be respected
80m SSB : from 3600 to 3650 MHz and 3700 to 3775 MHz.
At VHF 2m we work in SSB and / or FM.
13. Deadline and address
The logs must be delivered at latest 2 weeks after the contest date via : [email protected]

Logs submitted too late are not eligible for the classification and will be used as check log.
14. Logs
Only logs in CABRILLO format are accepted.
Make sure you submit the correct Cabrillo format (instructions can be found on the BMA website).
Enter your call sign in the subject line of your mail message and rename the log file to "mycall.cbr". Also make sure that all necessary information is correctly stated in the header. (call, category, name and address participant, UBA section and possibly mill reference for belgian participants, used equipment and antenna)
The log must be sent as a normal attachment.
Logs with missing information in header are not eligible for the rankings and will be used as check log.
Note: each amateur can only submit one log per contest section (either as SWL, or with an ON call or with his vanity call).
15. Penalties and disqualification
QSO’s which do not appear in the log of the other station count for zero points, but no additional penalty will be applied.
Cheating, imaginary logging, self-spotting, violation of the competition rules, violations against the IAURU bandplan and the contest segments can lead to disqualification.
If one person submits more than one log for the same contest section, both logs are disqualified.
Absence of 1 or more data from point 9 and 14 may give rise to disqualification.

17. Trophies
The winner of each classification will receive an award.
18. By submitting your log, the participating stations declare :
To have read and understood the rules and agree that you respect the rules.
To have worked in accordance with the applicable rules for radio amateurs in your country according to your license.
